The HandiRack couldn't be easier to assemble and fit. It's much simpler and less time consuming than traditional roof bars or roof racks
Each HandiRack comes with detailed instructions and the whole fitting process takes just a matter of minutes.
The HandiRack's innovative design doesn't affect door or window operations in any way. Once the HandiRack is positioned on the roof of the car deflated (very important) with the doors open, the fitting strap is passed from one side of the cabin to the other and secured in a heavy duty cam buckle located on the opposing end of the HandiRack. With the doors now shut, the HandiRack roof bars can be inflated using the double-action HandiPump (included).
The load is then ready to be securely tied-down to the five ‘D’ ring anchor points located on each HandiRack. Two 3 metre HandiStraps are provided for this purpose.
Removing the HandiRack from the roof is just as easy. Simply release the fitting strap from the cam buckle, deflate the bars, pack the HandiRack into its drawstring travel bag and place it in the boot. Storing the HandiRack is therefore much more convenient than normal roof bars which in most cases stay on the car due to a lack of space.
You may well forget about the HandiRack until the next time you're suddenly faced with carrying some unwieldy and bulky item back from the store, piste, auction, beach, car boot sale, garden centre etc. but will be much relieved to remember that you have one to hand. How handy!!
